Get Strong Saturdays are fitness devotionals created to connect with the community, where we share both physical and spiritual training, with Christ at the center of everything.

Whether you’re a seasoned veteran at public speaking and sharing Devotionals or if it’s your very first time, we’ve got you covered.

  • We ask gym partners to participate in just the first Saturday of every month, but some connections we have want to do this every Saturday
  • Our first Devo track is 12 Devotionals, one for each month of the year. Our second Devo track follows one of our discipleship plans, which is 52 devotionals.
  • The time expectation is 1 hour just like a typical affiliate group class. We expect the warm up, workout and Devotional to take 60 minutes.
  • We also expect this to be free of charge for anyone who joins and is not a member of the gym, waiving the drop-in fee.
  • Most gyms who do this do an early morning class before the scheduled group classes.
